By accessing or using brighttrust.mom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Bright Trust.
Bright Trust is operated by Shaanxi He Xin Heng Network Technology Co., Ltd., Room 502, Unit 2, Building 1, Zone 2, Chongwen Jia Yuan Community, Chongwen Town, Jinghe New City, Xixian New Area, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, 710000, China. Services means systems design, integration, engineering, and consulting. Website means brighttrust.mom. You means the person or entity using our Website or Services.
We provide professional computer systems design and engineering within the Computer Systems Design sector. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in signed agreements. These Terms govern general use. Signed agreements take precedence if conflicts arise.
Everything we create remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. After full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for internal purposes. This does not transfer ownership. Our brand requires written permission to use.
You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, not damage our systems, not attempt unauthorized access, and not use automated tools without permission.
Both sides protect non-public information. This obligation continues for five years after our relationship ends. Exceptions for public information, prior knowledge, independent development, or third-party sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid or USD 100. Does not apply to death, injury, or fraud. Services are as is without warranties.
You indemnify us from claims. We may suspend access. Surviving terms continue. Terms may be modified with continued use constituting acceptance.
Governed by PRC law. Disputes first through negotiation; if unresolved in 60 days, courts of Xi'an, Shaanxi have jurisdiction. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains. These Terms together with service agreements form the entire agreement.
